Driving Multi-Million-Dollar Impact Through Comic-Book Design
CCFA Superheroes Campaign was an initiative where WalmartConnect created digital experiences to promote products from eight top-tier suppliers in the Consumables category. Our Lightbox Creative team developed the campaign visuals in a comic-book style, making intimidating products feel more approachable and helping educational content become easier to digest. The campaign was a major success, generating multiple millions in revenue.
Part 1
Intro Video

We wanted the webpage to open with impact and set the tone for the theme. To bring the comic-inspired visual guide to life, we built this video based on a carefully developed storyboard.
Part 2a - Interactive Module
“Protect”

We partnered with Healthily to create interactive modules based on verified information, designed to give users the feeling of reading a comic book.
Part 2b - Interactive Module
“Treat”

This chart was designed to help users quickly spot the signs and symptoms.
Part 2c - Interactive Module
“Nourish”

We also collaborated with Healthily to produce video content that educated users on key topics.

Product Carousels

We continued the comic book style in the product carousel modules to keep the page engaging from start to finish.
