Future Family is a Series A startup that helps people navigate IVF and egg freezing by offering both care services and financing options.
As their first Art Director, I created visual assets across all touchpoints, including websites, ads, brochures, emails, and blogs. I built and maintained the style guide to ensure brand consistency, and used data-driven design with tools like Crazy Egg, Unbounce, and Mailchimp to improve engagement and performance of ads, emails, and websites.
Part 1
Website Launch
My first major project was designing and launching the company website to introduce our brand and services. After its successful launch, we used Crazy Egg, a user behavior analytics tool, for user testing and continued to optimize the site based on insights from real user behavior.

Social Media Ads
After launching the website, we began publishing social media ads to drive traffic. Using data from A/B testing, we optimized campaigns to improve website engagement and boost ad click-through rates. In the fourth quarter of 2019, our static and animated Instagram ads resulted in a 65% increase in leads.

Email Campaigns
We sent emails strategically to educate followers and promote key benefits. To maximize results, we used A/B testing to identify the best-performing subject lines, content, and layouts. Admin emails were built in Stripo, while nurturing campaigns were managed in Mailchimp. To fine-tune the visuals, I polished the templates using HTML and CSS.
